According     to    the     office     note      dated<\/p>\n<p>                      19.10.2011    in   spite    of    repeated     letters    and<\/p>\n<p>                      reminders, the lower Court records have not been<\/p>\n<p>                      sent by the Court concerned as a result of which<\/p>\n<p>                      the hearing of this appeal has been withheld.<\/p>\n<p>                              Write an express reminder to the Court<\/p>\n<p>                      below   for   sending      the    lower      Court    records<\/p>\n<p>                      immediately and also to submit a report as to why<\/p>\n<p>                      the L.C.R. is not being sent. A copy of this order<\/p>\n<p>                      also be sent to the Court below and copy of the<\/p>\n<p>                      letter along with order may also be sent to the<\/p>\n<p>                      District Judge concerned who will ensure the<\/p>\n<p>                      compliance of this order.
