MAHESH BHAGWATI,J.\n<\/p>\n<p>Mr. Rajveer Singh on behalf of Mr. Naseemudin Quazi, for the petitioner.\n<\/p>\n<p>Mr. Amit Punia, Public Prosecutor for the State.\n<\/p>\n<p>\t\tThis order governs the disposal of  fourth bail application filed under Section 439 of Cr.P.C. by Mr. Rajveer Singh Advocate on behalf of the applicant Nahari Bai pertaining to F.I.R. No. 167\/2009 of Police Station Nayapura, Kota City, in the offences under Sections 8\/21 and 8\/29 of N.D.P.S. Act.\n<\/p>\n<p>2.\t\tHeard the learned counsel for the petitioner as also the learned Public Prosecutor for the State and perused the relevant material available on record.\n<\/p>\n<p>3.\t\tLearned counsel for the petitioner has reiterated those very arguments which were advanced at the time of arguing the second bail petition and the same were taken into consideration by this Court.\n<\/p>\n<p>4.\t\tLearned Public Prosecutor has opposed the bail application.\n<\/p>\n<p>5.\t\tHaving reflected over the submissions made at the bar and scanned the relevant material available on record, it is noticed that the second bail petition was dismissed on 04.09.2009 by detailed order.
