KURIAKOSE, J.\n\n                              -------------------------------\n\n                           W.P.(C) No. 11028 OF 2007\n\n                            -----------------------------------\n\n                     Dated this the 29th day of March, 2007\n\n\n                                     JUDGMENT\n<\/pre>\n<p>       A perusal of Exts.P14 and P15 decisions of the Panchayat along<\/p>\n<p>with   Ext.P16   consent   issued   by   the   Pollution   Control   Board   and   also<\/p>\n<p>Ext.P18 report submitted by the Agricultural Officer will prima facie show<\/p>\n<p>that the claim of the petitioner that he is eligible for the licence applied<\/p>\n<p>for is reasonable.\n<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p>       I   dispose   of   the   Writ   Petition   itself   directing   the   Panchayat   to<\/p>\n<p>consider all the materials placed by the petitioner and take a decision on<\/p>\n<p>Ext.P17  application  for  licence  in   the  light  of   Ext.P10  judgment  of this<\/p>\n<p>Court and taking into account all relevant materials including Exts.P16<\/p>\n<p>and   P17.     Decision   will   be   taken   by   the   Panchayat   in   the   very   next<\/p>\n<p>meeting of the Panchayat Committee.<\/p>\n<pre>\n\n\n\n\n\n                                              PIUS C.
