Justice V.RAMKUMAR\n\n Dated :15\/06\/2007\n\n O R D E R\n                            V.RAMKUMAR, J.\n\n                          ----------------------------\n\n             Crl.M.C.Nos. 1741\/07, 1748\/07 &amp; 1760\/07\n\n                                      IN\n\n                             B.A.2734\/2007\n\n                         -----------------------------\n\n                 Dated this  15th  day of June, 2007\n\n\n                               O R D E R\n<\/pre>\n<p>               Cr.M.C.1741\/2007   is   filed   by   the   accused   in<\/p>\n<p>Crime   No.67\/2007   of   Pothanicadu   police   station   for<\/p>\n<p>offences   punishable   under   Sections   447   and   307     IPC,<\/p>\n<p>with   regard   to   an   occurrence   which   took   place   on<\/p>\n<p>25.4.2007 at 8.30 a.m, in which one Mydeen was allegedly<\/p>\n<p>attacked   by   the   petitioner   resulting   in   a   deep   cut   on   the<\/p>\n<p>right   hand   and   amputation   of   the   right   palm   of   the   said<\/p>\n<p>Mydeen.   Without noticing the gravity of the injuries and<\/p>\n<p>inclusion of  Section 307 IPC in the offences registered, on<\/p>\n<p>15.5.2007   this   Court   granted   anticipatory   bail   to   the<\/p>\n<p>accused (Pareeth).\n<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p>       2.      Evidently   taking  note   of  the  seriousness  of  the<\/p>\n<p>Crime   and   the   grant   of   anticipatory   bail   in   such   a   case,<\/p>\n<p>the   State   has   filed   Crl.M.C.1760\/2007   for   cancellation   of<\/p>\n<p>the   bail.     The   accused   has   filed   Crl.M.C.1741\/2007   for<\/p>\n<p>correction   of   the   bail   order   so   as   to   include   Section   307<\/p>\n<p>IPC   as   well.           Mydeen,   the   injured,   has   filed<\/p>\n<p>Crl.M.C.1748\/2007 also for cancellation of bail.<\/p>\n<p>Crl.M.C.Nos.1741, 1748 &amp; 1760\/2007<\/p>\n<p><span class=\"hidden_text\">                                      2<\/span><\/p>\n<p>        3.
