No.9612 of 2011\n                         GORAKH MAHTO, Son of Dr. Narendra Mahto.\n                                      Versus\n                                THE STATE OF BIHAR\n                                   -----------\n<\/pre>\n<p>2.   18.04.2011     Heard learned counsels for the petitioner and the State.<\/p>\n<p>                       The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case<\/p>\n<p>                   registered under Sections 326, 307\/34, of the Indian<\/p>\n<p>                   Penal Code and Section 27 of Arms Act.<\/p>\n<p>                       It appears that though the petitioner was named in<\/p>\n<p>                   the F.I.R. but subsequently during investigation the<\/p>\n<p>                   accusation was found false.\n<\/p>\n<p>                         Now the petitioner has been summoned under<\/p>\n<p>                   section 319 of Cr.P.C.\n<\/p>\n<p>                       The impugned order does not reflect any<\/p>\n<p>                   deliberation of the evidences which persuaded the<\/p>\n<p>                   learned trial court summon the petitioner under Section<\/p>\n<p>                   319 Cr.P.C. which reflects the mechanical way in<\/p>\n<p>                   which the bail petition of the petitioner was<\/p>\n<p>                   considered.\n<\/p>\n<p>                             Considering the aforesaid facts, let the above<\/p>\n<p>                   named petitioner, be released on anticipatory bail, in<\/p>\n<p>                   the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned<\/p>\n<p>                   Court below within a period of 12 weeks from today,<br \/>\n<span class=\"hidden_text\">                           2<\/span><\/p>\n<p>         on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000\/- (ten thousand)<\/p>\n<p>         with two sureties of the like amount each to the<\/p>\n<p>         satisfaction of the learned 4th Additional Sessions<\/p>\n<p>         Judge(F.T.C.), Rohtas at Sasaram in connection with<\/p>\n<p>         Sanjhauli   P.S.
