SHAH\n\t\t\n\t\n\n \n\n \n \n\n\n \n\nDate\n: 22\/06\/2011 \n\n \n\n \n \nORAL\nORDER<\/pre>\n<p>1.\tRULE.\n<\/p>\n<p> Shri Tattvam Patel, learned advocate waives service of notice on<br \/>\nbehalf of the opponents.\n<\/p>\n<p>2.\tThe<br \/>\npresent application has been preferred by the<br \/>\napplicants-petitioners-original defendants to restore the main<br \/>\nSpecial Civil Application, which came to be dismissed for<br \/>\nnon-prosecution for non-removal of the office objections.\n<\/p>\n<p>3.\tHaving<br \/>\nheard the learned advocates appearing on behalf o the respective<br \/>\nparties, the present application is allowed and the main Special<br \/>\nCivil Application No. 16765\/2010 is hereby ordered to be restored to<br \/>\nfile.  Time to remove the office objections is hereby extended for a<br \/>\nperiod of ten days from today failing which the main Special Civil<br \/>\nApplication shall be dismissed for non-prosecution without referring<br \/>\nthe matter to the Court and the same shall not be restored.\n<\/p>\n<p>4.\tWith<br \/>\nthis, the present application is allowed.  Rule is made absolute<br \/>\naccordingly.
