Heard learned counsels for the petitioners and the State.<\/p>\n<p>                             The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in a case<\/p>\n<p>                   registered under Sections 467, 468, 471, 474 and 420 of the I.P.C.<\/p>\n<p>                             It is alleged that the petitioner nos. 1 and 2 are<\/p>\n<p>                   purchasers, petitioner nos. 3 and 4 are sellers, petitioner nos. 5 and<\/p>\n<p>                   6 are identifiers of the sale deed and petitioner no.7 is the deed<\/p>\n<p>                   writer. It is also alleged that petitioner nos. 1 and 2 sold the land in<\/p>\n<p>                   question without authority to petitioner nos. 3 and 4.<\/p>\n<p>                             The dispute is that the petitioners side sold the entire of<\/p>\n<p>                   the lands which the inherited but the father of petitioner nos. 3 and<\/p>\n<p>                   4 had two wives hence, the heirs of second wife also sold the part<\/p>\n<p>                   of the land to the present informant. For the said dispute, the Title<\/p>\n<p>                   Suit No. 284 of 2010 is also pending.\n<\/p>\n<p>                             Considering the civil nature of accusation, let the<\/p>\n<p>                   petitioners, Ganesh Shahi, Bashisth Narayan Shahi, Jay Shanker<\/p>\n<p>                   Shahi, Vimal Shahi, Saket Bihari, Nand Lal Sahani and Bhikhari<\/p>\n<p>                   Gupta be released on bail in the event of arrest or surrender before<\/p>\n<p>                   the learned court below within a period of twelve weeks from<\/p>\n<p>                   today in connection with       complaint case no. 507 of 2010 on<\/p>\n<p>                   furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000\/-(Ten Thousand) each with two<\/p>\n<p>                   sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned<br \/>\n<span class=\"hidden_text\">                          -2-<\/span><\/p>\n<p>       C.J.M.
