M.S.SHAH)<\/p>\n<p>\tThis<br \/>\nLetters Patent Appeal is directed against order dated 8th<br \/>\nJanuary, 2008 of the learned Single Judge, dismissing the petition,<br \/>\nin which the petitioner had challenged the cancellation of the<br \/>\nLicence under the Gujarat Essential Commodities (Licensing Control<br \/>\nand Stock Declaration) Order, 1981.\n<\/p>\n<p>2.<br \/>\nThe cancellation of the Licence was done on the ground that the<br \/>\npetitioner had committed several serious malpractices and<br \/>\nirregularities and had committed breach of the conditions of the<br \/>\nLicence.\n<\/p>\n<p>3.<br \/>\n The order of the Licensing Authority was confirmed by the Appellate<br \/>\nAuthority i.e. the Collector, and also by the Revisional Authority<br \/>\ni.e. the State Government.\n<\/p>\n<p>4.\tIn<br \/>\nview of the concurrent findings of fact given by all the three<br \/>\nauthorities, and the fact that the learned Single Judge has also<br \/>\nfound no merit in the petition, we are not inclined to admit this<br \/>\nappeal, which in any case, does not raise any question of law as<br \/>\nsuch.  The appeal is therefore, summarily dismissed.\n<\/p>\n<p>\tThe<br \/>\nCivil Application also stands disposed of.\n<\/p>\n<p>\t\t\t\t\t\t(M.S. Shah,<br \/>\nActg. C.J.)<\/p>\n<p>\t\t\t\t\t\t(D.H.
