Mr.<br \/>\nMaulin Shelat, learned Advocate waives service of Notice of Rule on<br \/>\nbehalf of respondents No.1 to 5 ?  original claimants.\n<\/p>\n<p>\tBy<br \/>\nway of ad-interim relief the impugned Judgment and Award dated<br \/>\n18.1.2008 rendered in M.A.C. Tribunal (Aux), Fast Track Court, Kutch<br \/>\nat Bhuj, is stayed on condition that the applicant ?  appellant ?<br \/>\nIFFCO-TOKIO General Insurance Co. Ltd. deposits the entire awarded<br \/>\namount together with interest at the rate of 9 per cent p.a. from the<br \/>\ndate of Application till its realisation and also the proportionate<br \/>\ncost with the concerned Tribunal on or before the returnable date.<br \/>\nThis shall also include the amount of Rs.25,000\/- deposited by the<br \/>\nInsurance Company with the Registry of this Court, which shall be<br \/>\ntransmitted to the concerned Tribunal forthwith.\n<\/p>\n<p>\tRecords<br \/>\n&amp; proceeding of M.A.C.
