Justice M.SASIDHARAN NAMBIAR\n\n Dated :16\/12\/2009\n\n O R D E R\n                    M.SASIDHARAN NAMBIAR, J.\n                ----------------------------------------\n                      Crl.M.C.No.4065 of 2009\n                ----------------------------------------\n             Dated this the 16th day of December, 2009\n\n\n                               ORDER\n<\/pre>\n<p>      Petitioner is the accused in C.P.26\/2009 on the file of<\/p>\n<p>Judicial First Class Magistrate Court III, Thiruvananthapuram.<\/p>\n<p>Petition is filed under Section 482 of Code of Criminal Procedure<\/p>\n<p>for a direction to the Magistrate to consider his application for<\/p>\n<p>bail on the date of surrender.\n<\/p>\n<p>      2. When an accused surrenders and files an application for<\/p>\n<p>bail, Magistrate is expected to pass orders in the application<\/p>\n<p>without delay. I find no reason to believe that Magistrate is<\/p>\n<p>unaware of the provisions of law or the decisions of this court or<\/p>\n<p>the Apex Court or that the Magistrate will not act in accordance<\/p>\n<p>with law.
