( Oral )<\/p>\n<p>            Learned counsel for the petitioner states that without insisting<\/p>\n<p>for quashing of the impugned order, the petitioner will be satisfied if a<\/p>\n<p>direction is issued to the Registrar, Cooperative Societies, to conduct the<\/p>\n<p>election of the new Management Committee of respondent No.4 Society<\/p>\n<p>within a period of two months. Learned counsel for the respondents state<\/p>\n<p>that they have no objection in this regard and election of the new<\/p>\n<p>Management Committee of the Society will be conducted within a period of<\/p>\n<p>two months from today.\n<\/p>\n<p><span class=\"hidden_text\"> CWP No. 4771 of 2008                                                    -2-<\/span><\/p>\n<p>             In view of the above, we dispose of this writ petition with a<\/p>\n<p>direction to the Registrar, Co-operative Societies, to conduct the election of<\/p>\n<p>new Management Committee of respondent No.4 society within a period of<\/p>\n<p>two months. In the meanwhile, the Administrator will continue.
