\tAd-interim
\nstay granted earlier is confirmed on condition that the applicant
\nshall deposit the decretal amount within a period of six
\nweeks
\nfrom today.  On deposit of the amount the said amount shall be
\ninvested in the name of the Nazir of the Tribunal with a nationalized
\nBank initially for a period of three years and on maturity shall be
\nrenewed by one year at a time without any further orders in this
\nregard till the disposal of the appeal.  The periodical interest that
\nmay be accrued on the said deposit shall be paid to the original
\nclaimant pending this appeal.  Rule is made absolute to the aforesaid
\nextent with no order as to costs.\n<\/p>\n
