The undisputed fact”is” when the
\npetitioner was __the  Tirurnala Palace
\nHouse, Taluif   KSRTC bus bearing
\nregistration No.  his vehicle in a rash and<\/p>\n
negligent mannei’ and_dashepd-vagainst the petitioner on account<\/p>\n
of whi.r:\u00ab\u00a7h ithe petitioner said to have sustained injuries. On<\/p>\n
Vacctount of the.4injuries sustained, a claim petition came to be<\/p>\n
3. facturn of accident is not disputed. Only<\/p>\n
  qiiantum is questioned in this appeal. Hence the grounds<\/p>\n
  in the appeal memorandum are considered. It is urged<\/p>\n

Tribunal is on the higher side considering the<\/p>\n
