Petitioner.\n                                                       Versus\n                                             THE STATE OF BIHAR\n                                                     -----------\n<\/pre>\n<p>2    16.06.2011                  Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel<\/p>\n<p>                     for the State.\n<\/p>\n<p>                                      Petitioner is an accused for offences punishable under<\/p>\n<p>                     sections 341, 323, 307, 379, 504 of the Indian Penal Code.<\/p>\n<p>                                      The allegation against the petitioner is that he was insisting<\/p>\n<p>                     upon the informant to cast his vote in favour of a candidate in an election,<\/p>\n<p>                     but when the informant did not agree the petitioner assaulted him.<\/p>\n<p>                                      Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the entire<\/p>\n<p>                     allegation is false and frivolous and both the injuries of swelling and<\/p>\n<p>                     abrasion are simple in nature. Learned counsel for the petitioner further<\/p>\n<p>                     submits that petitioner has got no criminal antecedent and he has been<\/p>\n<p>                     implicated due to political rivalry.\n<\/p>\n<p>                                      Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, this<\/p>\n<p>                     petition for anticipatory bail is allowed. In the event of arrest or surrender<\/p>\n<p>                     within fifteen days from the date of receipt\/ production of a copy of this order<\/p>\n<p>                     in the court below, the petitioner, namely, Umesh Yadav is directed to be<\/p>\n<p>                     enlarged on bail on executing bail bond of Rs.10,000\/-(Ten Thousand) with<\/p>\n<p>                     two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief<\/p>\n<p>                     Judicial Magistrate, Bettiah, West Champaran in connection with Shikarpur<\/p>\n<p>                     P.S.
