Reg: I.A.No.8303 of 2010.<\/p>\n<p>                         The subject matter of the dispute in this appeal is<\/p>\n<p>                   transfer of the appellant to a place 40 kms. away.<\/p>\n<p>                         Learned Advocate Mr. Ashutosh Jha appears for the<\/p>\n<p>                   appellant.    He states that the appellant shall, in view of<\/p>\n<p>                   personal difficulties experienced by her as stated in<\/p>\n<p>                   paragraph nos.10 and 11 of the supplementary affidavit,<\/p>\n<p>                   make a representation to the District Magistrate, Gopalganj.<\/p>\n<p>                         In view of the above statement, the appeal and the<\/p>\n<p>                   Interlocutory Application are disposed of.<\/p>\n<p>                         The representation that may be made by the appellant,<br \/>\n<span class=\"hidden_text\">                          2<\/span><\/p>\n<p>      will be decided in accordance with law. The decision on her<\/p>\n<p>      representation will be final and binding to the appellant.
