       In view of Section 34 of the Armed Forces
\n   Tribunal Act, 2007, since the Tribunal has already
\n   been established and, therefore, the matters which
\n   are covered under the Act of 2007 referred above
\n   and are pending in the High Court are required to
\n   be transferred by the High Court, as the provision
\n   provides     specifically         that        they    shall   “stand
\n   transferred on that date to such Tribunal”.
\n       In     view    of    above,    this        writ    petition    is
\n   disposed     of.   The   petition        be    sent   as   early   as
\n   possible to the Tribunal.\n<\/p>\n
