Information Sought                               Reply of the PIO\n<\/p>\n<p>1. Certified copies of the permission granted by MCD (CZ) to the No permission had been granted.<br \/>\n    owner of Property no. 180-186, Tilak Bazaar, Khari Boali,<br \/>\n    Chandni Chowk, Delhi-06, for allowing the illegal construction to<br \/>\n    be carried out. If not, then the reasons for the same.\n<\/p>\n<p>2. Certified copies of the approved site plan of the above mentioned No plan had been approved.<br \/>\n    property in respect of the illegal construction being carried out on<br \/>\n    the said property. If not, then the reasons for the same.\n<\/p>\n<p>3. Certified copies of the On Site Verification Report prepared by No such Report was available.<br \/>\n    MCD (CZ) in respect of the illegal construction being carried out<br \/>\n    on the said property. If not, then the reasons for the same.\n<\/p>\n<p>4. Certified copies of the Action Taken Report prepared by Copy was enclosed.<br \/>\n    MCD(CZ) in respect of the illegal construction being carried out<br \/>\n    on the said property. If not, then the reasons for the same.\n<\/p>\n<p>5. Certified copy of the File Notings prepared by MCD(CZ) in File had been submitted in the<br \/>\n    respect of the illegal construction being carried out on the said Hon&#8217;ble ATMCD.<br \/>\n    property. If not, then the reasons for the same.\n<\/p>\n<p>6. Certified copies of the Direction received by MCD (CZ) in No such directions were issued.<br \/>\n    respect of the illegal construction being carried out on the said<br \/>\n    property. If not, then the reasons for the same.\n<\/p>\n<p>7. Certified copies of the Direction given by MCD (CZ) in respect of As. Above.<br \/>\n    the illegal construction being carried out on the said property. Certified copies of the Show cause notice given by MCD (CZ) to Show Cause Notice had been<br \/>\n       the owners in respect of the illegal construction being carried out issued and the file had been<br \/>\n       on the said property. A.E., MCD (CZ) in whose jurisdiction the illegal construction is<br \/>\n       being done.\n<\/p>\n<p>Grounds for the First Appeal:\n<\/p>\n<p>Unsatisfactory information was provided by the PIO.\n<\/p>\n<p>Order of the First Appellate Authority (FAA):\n<\/p>\n<p>The PIO was directed to provide the complete information to the Appellant within 7 days.\n<\/p>\n<p>Grounds for the Second Appeal:\n<\/p>\n<p>Non-compliance of the FAA&#8217;s order.\n<\/p>\n<p>Relevant Facts emerging during Hearing:\n<\/p>\n<p>The following were present:\n<\/p>\n<p>Appellant: Mr. Inder Pal Kalra;\n<\/p>\n<p>Respondent: Mr. Sushil Kumar, Public Information Officer &amp; S.E.;\n<\/p>\n<p>       The PIO has given certain information but is now directed to give the following clarification;<br \/>\n   1-     Query-3: The PIO has stated that there was no on-site verification report available.\n<\/p>\n<p>          Subsequently he had stated that he is enclosing it.
