The present application is filed<br \/>\nfor transfer of  the said HMP  to the Family Court at Ahmedabad.  On<br \/>\nthe last occasion the learned advocates prayed for time to explore<br \/>\nthe possibility of an amicable settlement.\n<\/p>\n<p>2.\tThe<br \/>\nlearned advocates report that sincere<br \/>\nattempts put by the learned advocates for the respective parties have<br \/>\nachieved the result, the parties have settled the matter. Mr.Nirzar<br \/>\nS. Desai,  the  learned advocate for the applicant herein, on<br \/>\ninstructions from his client, who is<br \/>\npresent in the Court, seeks permission to withdraw this Misc. Civil<br \/>\nApplication as the respondent has agreed to go to the place of the<br \/>\napplicant and bring her back to her matrimonial home on 17th<br \/>\nJanuary 2006.  It is also agreed between the parties that thereafter<br \/>\nthe respondent will withdraw the aforesaid HMP No.405 of 2005.\n<\/p>\n<p>3.\tPermission<br \/>\nas prayed for is granted.  The Misc. Civil Application is disposed of<br \/>\nas withdrawn.  Liberty is reserved in favour of the applicant to<br \/>\nrevive this application in case of difficulty.
