Siri Jagan, J.\n                =-=-=-=-=-=-=-=--=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=\n                         W.P(C) No. 823 of 2011\n                =-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=--=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=\n               Dated this, the 11th day of January, 2011.\n\n                             J U D G M E N T\n<\/pre>\n<p>      The petitioners in this writ petition entered Government service<\/p>\n<p>after putting in prior military service. For the purpose of granting of<\/p>\n<p>higher grade, they want the military service also to be taken into<\/p>\n<p>account. According to them, they are so entitled to in view of Ext. P5<\/p>\n<p>judgment of this Court. In the above circumstances, the petitioners<\/p>\n<p>have filed Exts.P8(a) to P8(p)          representations before the 2nd<\/p>\n<p>respondent. The petitioners seek a direction to the 2nd respondent to<\/p>\n<p>consider and pass orders on Exts.P8(a) to P8(p) representations in the<\/p>\n<p>light of Ext.P5 judgment expeditiously.\n<\/p>\n<p>      2. I have heard the learned Government Pleader also.<\/p>\n<p>      In the facts and circumstances of the case, I dispose of this writ<\/p>\n<p>petition with a direction to the 2nd respondent to consider and pass<\/p>\n<p>orders on Exts.P8(a) to P8(p) representations, as expeditiously as<\/p>\n<p>possible, at any rate, within a period of two months from the date of<\/p>\n<p>receipt of a copy of this judgment.       While passing orders, the 2nd<\/p>\n<p>respondent shall consider the applicability of Ext. P5 judgments and<\/p>\n<p>to the facts of the petitioners&#8217; case.\n<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p>                                          Sd\/- S.
