MUSO, RESIDENT OF VILLAGE TULSIPUR,\n      POLICE STATION MUFASSIL, DISTRICT BEGUSARAI\n   .................................................................................OPPOSITE PARTIES\n                               **********\n<\/pre>\n<p>2       25\/07\/2011             Heard Counsel for the petitioner and the A.P.P.<\/p>\n<p>                     appearing on behalf of the State.\n<\/p>\n<p>                               On perusal of the order refusing to discharge<\/p>\n<p>                     the petitioner, this Court comes to the conclusion that<\/p>\n<p>                     there is no illegality in the impugned order.<\/p>\n<p>                               The Court has to examine whether a prima<\/p>\n<p>                     facie is made out against the accused persons.
