P (C) No. 15277 of 2008\n               =-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=--=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=\n                   Dated this, the 23rd May, 2008.\n\n                           J U D G M E N T\n<\/pre>\n<p>      The petitioner has filed an appeal before the 3rd respondent<\/p>\n<p>against an order passed under the Survey of boundaries Act. The<\/p>\n<p>petitioner seeks expeditious disposal of the same.<\/p>\n<p>      2. I have heard the learned Government Pleader also.<\/p>\n<p>      In the facts and circumstances of the case, I dispose of this writ<\/p>\n<p>petition with a direction to the 3rd respondent to consider and pass<\/p>\n<p>orders on Ext. P3 as expeditiously as possible, at any rate, within two<\/p>\n<p>months from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment.<\/p>\n<p>      The petitioner shall forward a certified copy of this judgment<\/p>\n<p>along with a copy of the writ petition to the 3rd       respondent for<\/p>\n<p>compliance.\n<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p>                                         S.
