Respondents\n\n\tPetition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for the issuance of a Writ of Habeas Corpus to  call for the records relating to the detention order passed by the second respondent herein issued in C3.D.O.No.67\/2006 dated 28.07.2006, quash the same and direct the second respondent herein to produce the body of the detenu Saravanan @ Sivakumar, who is confined in Central Prison, Vellore and set him at liberty.\n\n \tFor Petitioner\t: Mrs.Subathra Devi\n\n\tFor Respondents\t: Mr.M.Babu Muthu Meeran\n\t                  Addl. Public Prosecutor\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t \nO R D E R \n<\/pre>\n<p>(Order of the Court was made by P.SATHASIVAM,J.)\t<\/p>\n<p>\tLearned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for  respondents  reports   that  the  detention  order  has  been  revoked  by  the  Government  in G.O.Rt.No.1823 Prohibition and Excise (IX) Department dated 14.09.2006 and hence, as on date nothing survives for adjudication in this Habeas Corpus Petition.\n<\/p>\n<p>\t2.
