CoiiiI'sel\"\"tbr the appellant would submit that the\n\n  that there was an alleged accident involving a\n\n  the appellant and that the deceased Sarujammu\n\n suiiteii\u00e9ied injury to her left leg and subsequently died is not\n\n   The appellant had contended before the Tribunal that\n\n   deceased was not at all travelling in that has on the alleged\n\nA V \"date and at the alleged time when the accident is said to have\n\n3\n\n\n\nwas a false claim is an indication that the Tribunal \n\nthe very cbjections that are sought [(1 be urged  \n\nbeen raised before the Tribunal.
