Aurangabad (M), District\n                    Aurangabad.\n                                                                           ---------- Petitioners\n                    Versus\n                    The State Of Bihar.\n                                                                      -------- Opposite Party\n                                                     ------------\n<\/pre>\n<p>02\/-   06.09.2011                      Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned<\/p>\n<p>                         Additional Public Prosecutor for the State.\n<\/p>\n<p>                                       The five petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection<\/p>\n<p>                         with a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 341,<\/p>\n<p>                         323, 504 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 3(x) of S.C.\/S.T.<\/p>\n<p>                         (POA) Act, are named accused in this case with allegation of simple<\/p>\n<p>                         assault, snatching of wrist watch and abuse.\n<\/p>\n<p>                                       The case appears squarely covered under a decisions of<\/p>\n<p>                         Hon&#8217;ble Apex Court in a case of &#8220;Jorgia Pentiah vs. State of Andhra<\/p>\n<p>                         Pradesh reported in 2009 (1) BCCR 153 (SC)&#8221;.\n<\/p>\n<p>                                       Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, in<\/p>\n<p>                         the event of their arrest\/surrender before the court below within four<\/p>\n<p>                         weeks, let the above named petitioners be enlarged on bail on<\/p>\n<p>                         furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000\/- (ten thousand only) each with two<\/p>\n<p>                         sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial<\/p>\n<p>                         Magistrate, Aurangabad, in connection with Aurangabad (M) P.S.<\/p>\n<p>                         Case No. 120 of 2011, subject to condition laid down under Section<\/p>\n<p>                         438(2) of the Criminal Procedure Code with additional condition to<br \/>\n<span class=\"hidden_text\">                                  2<\/span><\/p>\n<p>            remain physically present before the court below on each and every<\/p>\n<p>            date at least for one year or till disposal of the case, whichever is<\/p>\n<p>            earlier, in case of failure on two consecutive dates, without giving any<\/p>\n<p>            reasonable explanation, the liberty granted shall be deemed to be<\/p>\n<p>            cancelled.\n<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<pre>Praveen\/-                            ( Akhilesh Chandra, J.)\n <\/pre>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Patna High Court &#8211;
