Further please send the copy of the letter dt 25-01-2010 issued<br \/>\n      to the Establishment and copy of their reply received<br \/>\n   2- Establishment is deducting from the appellant&#8217;s emoluments, contribution towards EPF Scheme<br \/>\n      and a1ong with their matching contribution, depositing with the organization. However inspite of<br \/>\n      laps of more than 3 years the Appellant is not aware whether the same is properly accounted far at<br \/>\n      the department&#8217;s end in the Appellant&#8217;s EPF Account. Accordingly please provide the information<br \/>\n      of year wise detail of amount received from the Appellant&#8217;s Employer and credited to his EPF<br \/>\n      Account.\n<\/p>\n<p>Reply of the Public Information Officer (PIO)<br \/>\nAfter going through the request, it is informed that the concerned section has already been provided the<br \/>\ninformation of point no. 2 vide letter dated 24.11.2009 (copy enclosed) as informed by the section vide<br \/>\nOffice Note dated 03.05.2010 along with information of point no. 1. the said Office Note duly signed by<br \/>\nconcerned APEC is also enclosed.\n<\/p>\n<p>Grounds for the First Appeal:\n<\/p>\n<p>Unsatisfactory information provided by the PIO.\n<\/p>\n<p>Order of the First Appellate Authority (FAA):\n<\/p>\n<p>No order passed by the FAA.\n<\/p>\n<p> Grounds for the Second Appeal:\n<\/p>\n<p>Unsatisfactory information provided by the PIO and No order passed by the FAA<\/p>\n<p>Relevant Facts emerging during Hearing:\n<\/p>\n<p>Both the parties were given an opportunity for hearing. However, neither party appeared. From a perusal<br \/>\nof the papers it appears that query-1 was not seeking information as defined under Section-2(f) of the RTI<br \/>\nAct. The first part of the query-2 was also not seeking information as defined under Section 2(f) of the<br \/>\nRTI Act. However, the second part of the query-2 which sought information about the amounts deposited<br \/>\nin the appellant account was seeking information. The PIO has provided the information on this for the<br \/>\nyear 2007-08 but had not provided this for the year 2008-09 and 2009-10. The PIO is directed to furnish<br \/>\nthe amount deposited for the period 2008-09.
