SHAH\n\t\t\n\t\n\n \n\n \n \n\n\n \n\nDate\n: 13\/12\/2010 \n\n \n\n \nORAL\nORDER<\/pre>\n<p>1.\tA<br \/>\ngrievance which is voiced in the present petition is that though the<br \/>\npetitioner has represented to respondent no. 3 and 4 about the<br \/>\nconduct of respondent no.2 by making detailed representations annexed<br \/>\nat Annexures B and C in respect of incident of dated 2.7.2010,<br \/>\nneither the FIR is lodged against him and other officers and\/ or even<br \/>\nno inquiry has been initiated against respondent no.2.\n<\/p>\n<p>2.\tIn<br \/>\nview of the above, without expressing anything on merits with respect<br \/>\nto allegations made in the representations at Annexures B &amp; C,<br \/>\nrespondent nos. 3 and 4 are hereby directed to look into the<br \/>\ngrievance voiced by the petitioner in the representations dated<br \/>\n29.7.2010 and 6.8.2010 and take an appropriate decision in accordance<br \/>\nwith law and on merits at the earliest but not later than three<br \/>\nmonths from the date of receipt of the present order.
