APP (DB) No.14 of 2011\n                           BHOSU CHAUHAN\n                                 Versus\n                          THE STATE OF BIHAR\n                                -----------\n<\/pre>\n<p>04\/   20.04.2011               Heard        learned     Counsel     for   the<\/p>\n<p>                    appellant and learned Counsel for the State in<\/p>\n<p>                    connection with the prayer for bail of the<\/p>\n<p>                    above named appellant.\n<\/p>\n<p>                               It has been submitted that the death<\/p>\n<p>                    was due to drowning and there was no other<\/p>\n<p>                    ante-mortem injury. So, the allegation that<\/p>\n<p>                    the appellant has thrown the baby has not been<\/p>\n<p>                    substantive.
