No.19295 of 2011\n                                  Dr. Krishna Kumar Pandey\n                                               Versus\n                                       The State Of Bihar\n                                             -----------\n<\/pre>\n<p>3       15-07-2011              Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as<\/p>\n<p>                     learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the state.<\/p>\n<p>                                The contention of learned counsel for the petitioner is<\/p>\n<p>                     that at the relevant time, the petitioner was working as Veterinary<\/p>\n<p>                     doctor and as a matter of fact, in the year, 1997, he resigned<\/p>\n<p>                     from his service and joined at Uttar Pradesh and he was not<\/p>\n<p>                     aware about the institution of the present case. It is further<\/p>\n<p>                     contended by him that the petitioner is not named in the first<\/p>\n<p>                     information report and the only allegation levelled against him is<\/p>\n<p>                     that he was a member of Purchasing Committee and moreover,<\/p>\n<p>                     co-accused, namely,\/ Suresh Sah and Shyama Kant Sah have<\/p>\n<p>                     already been granted privilege of bail by this court.<\/p>\n<p>                                Taking into consideration the aforesaid facts and<\/p>\n<p>                     circumstances as well as submission of the parties, let the<\/p>\n<p>                     petitioner, namely, Dr. Krishna Kumar Pandey be released on<\/p>\n<p>                     bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000\/- (ten thousand) with<\/p>\n<p>                     two sureties of the like amount each in connection with<\/p>\n<p>                     Chauradano P.S.
