Petitioner retired as Chargeman on 31.1.2006. He seeks out<\/p>\n<p>of turn payment of DCRG and Commuted Value of Pension for conducting<\/p>\n<p>the marriage of his daughter on 17.8.2008<\/p>\n<p>             The writ petition is disposed of directing the first respondent to<\/p>\n<p>conduct an inquiry regarding the genuineness of the claim of the petitioner<\/p>\n<p>and conclude the same within two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy<\/p>\n<p>of this judgment. If the claim of the petitioner is found to be genuine, there<\/p>\n<p>will be a further direction to the first respondent to disburse the amount due<\/p>\n<p>to the petitioner as DCRG in accordance with law within a period of three<\/p>\n<p>months from the date of conclusion of the inquiry. This direction need be<\/p>\n<p>complied with only if the petitioner has no other liabilities to be satisfied<\/p>\n<p>from out of the DCRG.\n<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p>                                                                    (K.M.
