2   11.10.2010              Heard learned counsels for the petitioners and the<\/p>\n
                   State.\n<\/p>\n
                            The offence alleged is under sections 363, 366A\/34 of<\/p>\n
                   the Indian Penal Code.\n<\/p>\n
                            It is submitted that the allegations are not true as it<\/p>\n
                   appears on perusal of the statement of the victim girl under<\/p>\n
                   section 164 Cr.P.C. wherein she has stated that she had gone<\/p>\n
                   on her own with the co-accused Mukesh Das and the parents<\/p>\n
                   of the said Mukesh Das who are petitioner nos. 1 & 2 here<\/p>\n
                   have nothing to do.\n<\/p>\n
                            Considering the facts and circumstances of the case,<\/p>\n
                   it is directed that in the event of arrest or surrender within a<\/p>\n
                   period of four weeks from today, the petitioners, above named,<\/p>\n
                   be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000\/-<\/p>\n
                   (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the<\/p>\n
                   satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Samastipur, in<\/p>\n
                   connection with Kalyanpur P.S. Case No. 63 of 2010 subject to<\/p>\n
                   the conditions as laid down under section 438(2) of the Code of<\/p>\n
