No.13885 of 2011\n                         RAM SUNDAR SINGH AND ANR.\n                                     Versus\n                             THE STATE OF BIHAR\n                                    -----------\n<\/pre>\n<p>02\/-    27\/04\/2011                Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and State.<\/p>\n<p>                                  This is an application seeking extension of time to avail<\/p>\n<p>                     the liberty granted vide order dated 09.11.2010 passed in Cr. Misc. No.<\/p>\n<p>                     34444 of 2010.\n<\/p>\n<p>                                  As submitted, the petitioners could not avail the liberty<\/p>\n<p>                     granted in connection with Barhara P.S.
