No.37529 of 2010\n                  KAILA MIAYAN, SON OF JAFAR MIAYN, RESIDENT OF VILLAGE-\n                  SALARPUR, POLICE STATION PARBATTA, DISTRICT-KHAGARIA.\n                                                                         ...Petitioner.\n                                              Versus\n                                     THE STATE OF BIHAR\n                                            -----------\n<\/pre>\n<p>     11.03.2011               Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned<\/p>\n<p>                      Additional Public Prosecutor for the State, who is armed with<\/p>\n<p>                      carbon copy of the case diary.\n<\/p>\n<p>                                    In this case instituted against unknown petitioner&#8217;s name<\/p>\n<p>                      emerged during investigation and statement of the witnesses<\/p>\n<p>                      specifically in para-17 and 18 of the case diary. Persons examined<\/p>\n<p>                      have seen the occurrence and stated about involvement of this<\/p>\n<p>                      petitioner including the role played by him. He further carries<\/p>\n<p>                      criminal antecedent. It is also pointed out that in spite of<\/p>\n<p>                      commencement of trail of this petty old case there is no substantial<\/p>\n<p>                      progress.\n<\/p>\n<p>                                    Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, at<\/p>\n<p>                      this stage, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail.
