Ram Devi) for getting service book\/LPC\/GPF Statement<br \/>\n      of the appellant&#8217;s daughter. If so, the action proposed under the rules in such cases be<br \/>\n      intimidated\n<\/p>\n<p>      b) The said principal (old school) issued two different LPC&#8217;s in the aforesaid case, if so,<br \/>\n      the exact dates of issue of those certificates and reasons thereof be intimidated quoting<br \/>\n      rules in that question.\n<\/p>\n<p>Rely of the PIO:\n<\/p>\n<p>   1. a) Question is not clear\n<\/p>\n<p>       b) Although the appellant&#8217;s daughter was relieved on 10\/07\/2009 but due to shortage of<br \/>\n       ministerial staff the school issued her LPC till 30\/06\/2009 so that she could draw her<br \/>\n       salary for the month of June from the new school. Only a telephonic message from<br \/>\n       principal of new school was received for the request of issuing her a new LPC. New LCP<br \/>\n       issued to mention her salary for 10 days along with increment.\n<\/p>\n<p>Grounds for First Appeal:\n<\/p>\n<p>Incomplete and unsatisfactory information provided by the PIO<br \/>\n Order of the FAA:\n<\/p>\n<p>PIO is directed to provide complete information to the appellant directly within 10 days under<br \/>\nintimation to the undersigned.
