Petitioner was appointed under Bihar<\/p>\n<p>                    Unemployment Token Allowance Scheme, 1981-82<\/p>\n<p>                    to serve as Class IV employee in the Patna<\/p>\n<p>                    Collectorate under order bearing Memo No. 22 dated<\/p>\n<p>                    8.2.1982, Annexure-1. His appointment continued<\/p>\n<p>                    until the closure of the aforesaid scheme in the year<\/p>\n<p>                    2005-06.\n<\/p>\n<p>                               3. From the counter affidavit, it appears<\/p>\n<p>                    that those who were appointed with the petitioner<\/p>\n<p>                    would be adjusted against the vacant post.<\/p>\n<p>                               4. Counsel for the petitioner states that<\/p>\n<p>                    petitioner has not been adjusted so far and in this<br \/>\n<span class=\"hidden_text\">                              2<\/span><\/p>\n<p>         connection,    he   has   filed   representation   dated<\/p>\n<p>         29.7.2005, Annexure-4, which is addressed to the<\/p>\n<p>         District Magistrate, Patna.\n<\/p>\n<p>                   5. Let the District Magistrate, Patna<\/p>\n<p>         consider the representation of the petitioner dated<\/p>\n<p>         29.7.2005, Annexure-4 in accordance with law as<\/p>\n<p>         early as possible, in any case within two months from<\/p>\n<p>         the date of receipt\/ production of a copy of this order<\/p>\n<p>         before the District Magistrate, Patna.<\/p>\n<p>                   6.
