No.33948 of 2010\n                                     BANDHU RAM\n                                           Versus\n                                  THE STATE OF BIHAR\n                                            -----\n<\/pre>\n<p>04.      30.03.2011                  Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the state.<\/p>\n<p>                                     Petitioner is alleged for misappropriation of the money<\/p>\n<p>                         allotted for different schemes, but as submitted all the works barring<\/p>\n<p>                         a little are complete for which Rs.50,000\/- remained with this<\/p>\n<p>                         petitioner which petitioner is ready to return or to complete the work<\/p>\n<p>                         as per satisfaction of the concerned department. But he has to report<\/p>\n<p>                         within six months after bail about compliance undertaking.<\/p>\n<p>                                     Having regard to the facts and the circumstances of the<\/p>\n<p>                         case, in the event of arrest or surrender within a period of one month<\/p>\n<p>                         from the date of receipt\/production of a copy of this petitioner, the<\/p>\n<p>                         above named petitioner shall be released on bail on furnishing bail<\/p>\n<p>                         bond of Rs.10,000\/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like<\/p>\n<p>                         amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate,<\/p>\n<p>                         Aurangabad in connection with Kasma P.S. Case No.08 of 2009,<\/p>\n<p>                         subject to the conditions as laid down under section 438(2) of the<\/p>\n<p>                         Cr.
