Justice ANTONY DOMINIC\n\n Dated :20\/07\/2010\n\n O R D E R\n                      ANTONY DOMINIC, J.\n                     ================\n                W.P.(C) NO. 22589 OF 2010 (W)\n                =====================\n\n              Dated this the 20th day of July, 2010\n\n                         J U D G M E N T\n<\/pre>\n<p>      Petitioner is the widow of a Soldier. Relying on Exts.P4, P5<\/p>\n<p>and P5(a), she submits that she is entitled to be posted at her<\/p>\n<p>home district. According to the petitioner, by Ext.P3, she has<\/p>\n<p>been posted at Kozhikode and that this order has been issued<\/p>\n<p>ignoring her claim to be retained in Kottayam District.<\/p>\n<p>      2.    Yet another case of the petitioner is that the 4th<\/p>\n<p>respondent, who is junior to her has been retained in Kottayam<\/p>\n<p>District overlooking her superior claims.<\/p>\n<p>      3.    Irrespective of the contentions raised on the merits, it<\/p>\n<p>is seen that the petitioner has placed her complaints before the<\/p>\n<p>1st respondent by filing Ext.P6 and orders thereon have not been<\/p>\n<p>passed.\n<\/p>\n<p>      4.    Having regard to the above, I direct the 1st respondent<\/p>\n<p>to consider and pass orders on Ext.P6 in the light of Exts.P4, P5<\/p>\n<p>and P5(a).
