Justice V.GIRI\n\n Dated :12\/10\/2009\n\n O R D E R\n                           V.GIRI, J\n                         -------------------\n                      W.P.(C).26458\/2009\n                         --------------------\n           Dated this the 12th day of October, 2009\n\n                         JUDGMENT\n<\/pre>\n<p>     Petitioner is a peon in Elamdesom Block Scheduled<\/p>\n<p>Caste Development Office. He has been posted in the said<\/p>\n<p>office only on 22.11.2008. Now he has been transferred to<\/p>\n<p>Idukki Block Scheduled Caste Development Office apparently<\/p>\n<p>on working arrangement. He has challenged the same under<\/p>\n<p>Ext.P2 representation before the Director, the 1st respondent.<\/p>\n<p>2.   It is inter alia pointed out by the learned Government<\/p>\n<p>Pleader that there is only one office in the Idukki Block<\/p>\n<p>Scheduled     Caste Development Department          whereas in<\/p>\n<p>Elamdesom, there are three offices. It is submitted that it is<\/p>\n<p>to avoid the contingency of keeping the office closed, that a<\/p>\n<p>peon has been posted in Idukki Block            Scheduled Caste<\/p>\n<p>Development Office on working arrangement.<\/p>\n<p>3.   Learned counsel for the petitioner points out that there<\/p>\n<p>are two other offices which are nearby and there are three<\/p>\n<p>last grade servants working in the said office. In my view, the<\/p>\n<p>matter may be considered by the Director.<\/p>\n<p>W.P.(C).26458\/2009<br \/>\n<span class=\"hidden_text\">                               2<\/span><\/p>\n<p>4.   Accordingly, Ext.P2 shall be considered and a decision<\/p>\n<p>taken by the Director, the 1st respondent, within six weeks<\/p>\n<p>from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment.
