Shahpur (Bahoranpur), District Bhojpur.\n                                                                             --------Petitioners\n                                            Versus\n        The State Of Bihar\n                                                                        -------Opposite Party\n                                           -----------\n<\/pre>\n<p>02\/-   29\/07\/2011                      Heard learned counsel for the petitioners, learned<\/p>\n<p>                         counsel for the informant and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for<\/p>\n<p>                         the State.\n<\/p>\n<p>                                       All the five petitioners are named accused in this case<\/p>\n<p>                         with allegation of having armed with deadly weapons. Submission is<\/p>\n<p>                         that, non-petitioner co-accused Laxman Yadav only was the said<\/p>\n<p>                         author of fatal fire arm injury to the brother of the informant, who lost<\/p>\n<p>                         his life but others sustained simple injuries, in dispute relating to<\/p>\n<p>                         possession over a piece of land.\n<\/p>\n<p>                                       Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the<\/p>\n<p>                         above named petitioners are not entitled for the privilege sought.<\/p>\n<p>                         Hence, their prayer for anticipatory bail in connection with Shahpur<\/p>\n<p>                         P.S.
