JAGARNATH PANDIT\n                                         Versus\n                                   STATE OF BIHAR\n                                        -----------\n<\/pre>\n<p>02.      13.01.2011                 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and the State.<\/p>\n<p>                         Learned counsel for complainant is also present.\n<\/p>\n<p>                                       Kidnapping of informant&#8217;s daughter was investigated by<\/p>\n<p>                         a police official. Victim recovered made a statement under section 164<\/p>\n<p>                         of the Cr. P.C. to the effect that she had left her house for her maternal<\/p>\n<p>                         grand father and never was kidnapped by any one even then<\/p>\n<p>                         cognizance is taken on protest, but it may never be taken for refusal of<\/p>\n<p>                         anticipatory bail.\n<\/p>\n<p>                                       Accordingly, in the event of their arrest or surrender<\/p>\n<p>                         within a period of one month from the date of receipt\/production of a<\/p>\n<p>                         copy of this order, above named petitioners shall be released on bail on<\/p>\n<p>                         furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000\/- (ten thousand) each with two<\/p>\n<p>                         sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sri A. K. Thakur,<\/p>\n<p>                         Judicial Magistrate, Ist Class, Sitamarhi in connection with Complaint<\/p>\n<p>                         Case No.C-1\/935\/2010, Tr.
