Application No.7312 of 2011 due to inadvertent<br \/>\nmistake, the following words <\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Consequently,<br \/>\nit will be open for the trial court to proceed further with the<br \/>\napplications for anticipatory bail made by the respondents. However,<br \/>\nthe respondents No.1 and 2 shall not be arrested till the trial court<br \/>\ndecides the said application.&#8221;\n<\/p>\n<p>have<br \/>\nbeen left out, whereas in other cognate matters, the same have been<br \/>\ninserted. In the circumstances, in the judgment and order dated<br \/>\n23.8.2011, the following paragraph shall be added as paragraph 12.\n<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Consequently,<br \/>\nit will be open for the trial court to proceed further with the<br \/>\napplications for anticipatory bail made by the respondents.
