No.27683 of 2010\n                              SUBODH KUMAR SINGH\n                                        Versus\n                               THE STATE OF BIHAR\n                                         -------\n<\/pre>\n<p>  3.      26.10.2010           Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned<\/p>\n<p>                      counsel for the complainant and learned Additional Public<\/p>\n<p>                      Prosecutor for the State.\n<\/p>\n<p>                                Petitioner is named accused in connection with<\/p>\n<p>                      complaint case no. 152 of 2010 in which Sub-Divisional Judicial<\/p>\n<p>                      Magistrate, Katihar, has been pleased to take cognizance under<\/p>\n<p>                      section 498A of the Indian Penal Code and Section 4 of the<\/p>\n<p>                      Dowry Prohibition Act, being husband of the complainant<\/p>\n<p>                      carries allegation of demand of dowry, torture etc. He has<\/p>\n<p>                      recently in the month of July 2010 performed second marriage.<\/p>\n<p>                                Considering the recent act causing mental agony and<\/p>\n<p>                      torture to the complainant, this court does not find it a fit case<\/p>\n<p>                      wherein privilege may be granted to the petitioner.
