Mr.Pandya read<br \/>\njail report and pointed out that the applicant has enjoyed furlough<br \/>\nrecently from 16.4.2011 to 13.5.2011.  Therefore, he has contended<br \/>\nthat parole leave may not be granted to the present applicant.\n<\/p>\n<p>\tFrom<br \/>\nthe contents of the application I do not find any substance in the<br \/>\ncase. Hence this application stands dismissed.\n<\/p>\n<p>      (Z. K.
