Gopal Prasad Dubey vs The State Of Madhya Pradesh on 10 May, 2010<\/div>\n
                                   1\n\n\n\n\n                            W.P No.4614\/2009\n10.05.2010\n\n        Heard Shri Bhoop Singh, learned counsel for the petitioner,\n\non the question of admission and interim relief.\n\n        The petitioner has filed this petition being aggrieved by the\n\nfact that the respondent authorities are not disbursing the<\/pre>\n
petitioner’s G.P.F amount by rightly calculating his Provident Fund<\/p>\n
amount and have deducted a sum of Rs.50,000\/- from his salary as<\/p>\n
well as from his retiral dues.\n<\/p>\n
        It is submitted that though the petitioner has filed a<\/p>\n
representation before the authorities on 25.5.2006 and thereafter<\/p>\n
on several occasions, but the same has not been decided till date.<\/p>\n
        In the circumstances, without entering into the merits of the<\/p>\n
case or making any comments upon the entitlement of the<\/p>\n
petitioner, the petition filed by the petitioner is disposed of with a<\/p>\n
direction to respondent no.4 to consider and decide the petitioner’s<\/p>\n
representation, dealing each issue raised by him, by passing a<\/p>\n
reasoned order expeditiously, in accordance with law, preferably<\/p>\n
within a period of three months from the date of furnishing a copy<\/p>\n
of the order passed today alongwith a copy of the petition by the<\/p>\n
petitioner.\n<\/p>\n
        With the aforesaid direction, the petition stands disposed of.<\/p>\n
        C.C as per rules.\n<\/p>\n
