KURIAKOSE, J.\n\n                    ----------------------------------\n\n                     W.P.(C) NO. 35368  of 2005\n\n                    ----------------------------------\n\n              Dated this the 25th  day of   June 2007\n\n\n                                JUDGMENT\n<\/pre>\n<p>      The grievance of the writ petitioner is that an application for<\/p>\n<p>Cheque   submitted by him for the release of the land acquisition<\/p>\n<p>compensation under  deposit is not being considered by the Land<\/p>\n<p>Acquisition   Reference   Court.     While   admitting   this   writ   petition,<\/p>\n<p>this   court   directed   the   Registry   to   inform   the     Sub   Court<\/p>\n<p>concerned not  to       adjourn  the   cheque application   filed  by the<\/p>\n<p>petitioner   beyond  the  vacation   (Christmas   Vacation)  unless  it   is<\/p>\n<p>inevitable.     Mr.Mohankumar,   the   learned   counsel   for   the<\/p>\n<p>petitioner submits that he is not having any instructions from the<\/p>\n<p>party   as   to   whether  the     cheque  has  been   received.     Whatever<\/p>\n<p>that  be  I   believe  that  in  all  probability,  the  learned  subordinate<\/p>\n<p>judge has already disposed of the cheque application on the basis<\/p>\n<p>of the instructions given to him by the Registry.\n<\/p>\n<p>      The writ petition will stand disposed of, at any rate, issuing<\/p>\n<p><span class=\"hidden_text\">WPC No.35368\/2005                       2<\/span><\/p>\n<p>the following directions:\n<\/p>\n<p>       If the cheque application submitted by the  petitioner is not<\/p>\n<p>already   disposed   of   by   the   Land   Acquisition     Court,   Kozhikode,<\/p>\n<p>the   Court   will   hear   and   dispose   of   that   application   within   two<\/p>\n<p>weeks of receiving a copy of this judgment.\n<\/p>\n<p>                                            PIUS C.
