No.25396 of 2010\n                      NANDLAL SAHANI SON OF LATE SINGA SAHANI\n                                           Versus\n                                    STATE OF BIHAR\n                                         -----------\n<\/pre>\n<p>3.   11.10.2010             Heard learned Counsel for the petitioner and the<\/p>\n<p>                   State.\n<\/p>\n<p>                            The petitioner seeks bail in a case instituted for the<\/p>\n<p>                   offence u\/ss.302 and 201\/34 of the Indian Penal Code.<\/p>\n<p>                            Considering that it is not a case u\/s.304B I.P.C.<\/p>\n<p>                   and there is no presumption against the in-laws of the<\/p>\n<p>                   deceased and the petitioner is in custody since 1.2.2010, let<\/p>\n<p>                   the petitioner above named be released on bail on<\/p>\n<p>                   furnishing bail bond of Rs.5,000\/- (Five thousand) with two<\/p>\n<p>                   sureties of the like amount each or any other surety to be<\/p>\n<p>                   fixed by the court concerned to the satisfaction of A.C.J.M.,<\/p>\n<p>                   Bagaha, District West Champaran in Dhanaha P.S.case<\/p>\n<p>                   No.13 of 2009, subject to the conditions (i) That one of the<\/p>\n<p>                   bailor will be a close relative of the petitioner who will give<\/p>\n<p>                   an affidavit giving genealogy as to how he is related with the<\/p>\n<p>                   petitioner. The bailor will undertake to furnish information to<\/p>\n<p>                   the Court about any change in address of the petitioner.
