It is<br \/>\nnoticed that he has enjoyed one temporary bail during December 2010<br \/>\nand January 2011  and two furloughs, i.e.  from 10.06.2008 to<br \/>\n23.06.2008 and from 21.03.2010 to 03.04.2010.  By now has undergone 5<br \/>\nyears and 22 days as on 28.04.2011.\n<\/p>\n<p>5.\tTaking into<br \/>\nconsideration the contents of the application and the record of the<br \/>\nconvict, the convict is ordered to be released on  temporary<br \/>\nbail for a period of 40 (forty) days from the date of his<br \/>\nrelease on his executing a personal bond of Rs.5000\/- (Rupees five<br \/>\nthousand only) to the satisfaction of the Jail authorities.\n<\/p>\n<p>6.\tThe<br \/>\napplicant shall surrender himself to the Jail authorities on expiry<br \/>\nof the above temporary bail period.
