KURIAKOSE, J.\n\n                              -------------------------------\n\n                           W.P.(C) No. 16234  OF 2005\n\n                            -----------------------------------\n\n                       Dated this the 7th day of June, 2007\n\n\n                                     JUDGMENT\n<\/pre>\n<p>       Notwithstanding   the   persuasive   submissions   of   the   learned<\/p>\n<p>counsel for the petitioner, I am unable to agree that Ext.P2 order passed<\/p>\n<p>by   the   learned   Munsiff   dismissing   the   petitioner&#8217;s   application   for<\/p>\n<p>amendment   of   the   plaint   warrants   correction   under   the   supervisory<\/p>\n<p>jurisdiction of this Court under Article 227. When Ext.P2 passed by the<\/p>\n<p>learned judge guaged by the parameters to be applied by the visitorial<\/p>\n<p>jurisdiction under Article 227,  it has to be found that the order is a well<\/p>\n<p>reasoned one wherein the facts have been Marshalled properly  and law<\/p>\n<p>applied   correctly.     Challenge   against   the   order   will   fail   and   the   Writ<\/p>\n<p>Petition stands dismissed. No costs.<\/p>\n<pre>\n\n\n\n\n\n                                              PIUS C.
