RAMKUMAR, J.\n                      --------------------------------\n                   Bail Application No. 6833 of 2010\n                      --------------------------------\n               Dated this the 18th day of November, 2010.\n\n                                O R D E R\n<\/pre>\n<p>      In this Petition filed under Sec. 438 Cr.P.C., petitioners who<br \/>\nare accused Nos. 2 and 3 in Crime No. 643 of 2010 of Nileshwar<br \/>\nPolice Station for an offence punishable under section 55(a) of the<br \/>\nAbkari Act for allegedly having been found in possession of 28<br \/>\nbottles of Indian made foreign liquor each bottle containing 500 ml<br \/>\nseek anticipatory Bail.\n<\/p>\n<p>      2.    The learned Public Prosecutor opposed the application.\n<\/p>\n<p>      3.    Anticipatory bail cannot be granted in a case involving<br \/>\nsuch grave offence.       It is too early to accept the petitioners&#8217;<br \/>\ncontention that the petitioners have been falsely implicated.      There<br \/>\nis no reason why the petitioners should not surrender before the<br \/>\nmagistrate concerned and seek regular bail.           Accordingly, If the<br \/>\npetitioners surrender before the Magistrate concerned within two<br \/>\nweeks from today and file an application for regular bail, the same<br \/>\nshall be considered and disposed of preferably on the same day on<br \/>\nwhich it is filed bearing in mind the decision in <a href=\"\/doc\/1158859\/\">Sukumari v.
