passed by the Executing Court on. 18. 12.2003-‘eforv  <\/p>\n
Rs.4,50,000\/-. The decreetal amo1m’t–as on  was<\/p>\n
Rs.5,l7,170\/-. The sale came to <\/p>\n
and the sale certi\ufb01cate was iss\ufb01’5a’~~Pn  “After the’<\/p>\n
sale was con\ufb01rmed and sale cer&1tc’s.fe”–~v\u00a7ras ‘is’s11.ed,A..the decree

3. It was e\u00e9eonteildedt  applicant – petitioner herein in<\/p>\n
 those4.aj’>plica*tz5oi;sV_V_Vth’at  payment of the decneetal amount<\/p>\n
   in the couzse of the execution proceedings<\/p>\n
 of Rs.75,00{}\/- was required to be<\/p>\n
 _ paidtin ,ti1st,aI11neI1ts and because of the death of the father<\/p>\n
   _\u00a7udgme\ufb01t debtor could not pay the amount. The applicant —<\/p>\n
 _ j3eVtiti-\ufb02ier herein also stated that he was ready to pay<\/p>\n
  R_s.}4,?5,000\/- as one time settlement and hence the prayer<\/p>\n
tmade for bringing him on record as additional Iespondent and<\/p>\n
for postponement of delivexy of possession may be a\ufb02owed. It<\/p>\n

\npetitioner who is none   the judgment
\ndebtor was     due along with

 been stated by me earlier, the challenge made to the order<\/p>\n

are made against Iesponder1ts- 1 and 2 herein that they colluded<\/p>\n
