With the consent of<br \/>\nlearned Advocates appearing for the parties, the matter is taken up<br \/>\nfor final hearing.\n<\/p>\n<p>2.\t\tBy<br \/>\nway of this petition the petitioners seek relief to continue the<br \/>\ninterim order dated 03\/04\/2010 with effect from 07\/09\/2010 till the<br \/>\nhearing and final disposal of the Revision Application No.5 of 2009.<br \/>\nAdmittedly, the stay granted earlier has been discontinued without<br \/>\nhearing the petitioner and without giving an opportunity to the<br \/>\npetitioners to show-cause against such discontinuance.  This fact<br \/>\nsituation could not be controverted by the other side.\n<\/p>\n<p>3.\t\tHaving<br \/>\nheard learned Advocate for the respective parties and in the facts<br \/>\nand circumstances of the case, the interim relief granted vide order<br \/>\ndated 03\/04\/2010 passed by the Principal Secretary, Revenue<br \/>\n(Appeals), Ahmedabad requires to be extended.   Accordingly, the<br \/>\nimpugned order dated 18\/09\/2010 passed by the respondent No.2 is<br \/>\nquashed and set aside and the interim relief granted vide order dated<br \/>\n03\/04\/2010 is extended till the final disposal of the revision<br \/>\napplication which is pending.
